What happens on the call
Step 1
You describe the house
What is annoying you, what you have already bought, and what you would like it to do. There is no preparation to do first.
Step 2
I tell you honestly whether you need me
Plenty of calls end with a suggestion and nothing further. If the answer is a plug-in thermostat and an afternoon, you will get that answer.
Step 3
If it goes further, you open a project
You register, open a project and add what you want the home to do, with photographs and videos of the rooms. Then a second call to go through it, and a written plan you own — whether or not you have any of it fitted.

What it costs
The call is free, and so is the follow-up once your project is open. Anything after that is quoted before you commit to it.
