The terms between you and Zotix Collective Limited for use of this site and for consultancy work.
Being draftedThese terms are with a solicitor and are not yet published. Nothing on this page is a contract term. Until they are here, what has been agreed is whatever is written in your quote and in the messages on your project.
What they will cover
- Use of this website, and of the client portal.
- What a survey includes, what the written plan is, and that it is yours to keep whether or not you go on to have work done.
- That no hardware is sold here, and that where a link earns a commission it is said next to the link.
- Payment terms, and what happens if a project is paused or cancelled.
- Who owns the plans and the photographs, and what may be published — nothing, without separate written permission.
- Remote support: what a session covers, confidentiality, and how any personal information seen incidentally on your screen is treated. The tick in your portal records that you agreed; it is not the agreement itself.
- Liability, insurance, and how a complaint is handled.
In the meantime
The privacy notice describes what happens to your information and is accurate now. If you want anything in writing before the terms are published, ask on the contact form and you will get it.
