Remote smart home setup and support

A remote session lets me see your screen, and control it if you let me, so I can fix a setting rather than describe it down the phone. It never happens out of the blue: we talk first, I tell you what I want to change, and you agree to it in your portal.

How it works

  • We speak first

A session never starts out of the blue. We talk, I tell you what I want to change and why, and nothing happens until you have agreed to it.

  • You give permission in your own account

The consent sits in your project, ticked by you, on your own login. I cannot tick it for you and it is never ticked in advance.

  • You watch the whole thing

You see your screen the entire time and can stop the session at any point. I only take control if you hand it over, and only for as long as you leave it.

  • It is written down afterwards

Every session is recorded in your project — when it happened, how long it lasted and what it was for — and you can withdraw permission for the next one in a single click.

Join a session

Type the session ID I give you on our call, press Connect, and run the small program it hands you — it works for this one session and stops mattering the moment we hang up.

No session booked? Book a call and we will sort it the ordinary way.

Book a call
I will never ask you for a passwordNot on a call, not in an email, not during a session. There is no field anywhere on this site or in your portal that can accept one. If anyone claiming to be from here asks you for a password, end the call and tell me.
